  74. (B) Bulletin listings.  List the bulletins available for viewing.  Sub commands
  75.     for bulletins are:

  77.     (A) Read All Bulletins
  78.     (N) Read all New Bulletins
  79.     (T) Perform a text search in all bulletins

  81. (C) Enter a comment message to the sysop.  The message will be protected so
  82.     it is seen only by the sysop.

  84. (D) Open an Online program which may be a game or an application of some sort.

  86. (F) File transfer area. Archive manipulations, downloading, uploading, viewing
  87.     file directories, new file searches, text searches.

  89.     File Transfer Commands
  90.     ----------------------
  91.     (D) "Downloading" refers to moving files from this system to your system.
  92.         Examples:
  93.         D POTATOES            ;d/l potatoes.zip (.ZIP is default
  94.                               ;extension.
  95.         D Z CCDOOR PDBASE.    ;d/l "ccdoor.zip" and "pdbase" ("." ONLY following

  98.    (F) File directory listings.  Lists the names of the files that
  99.        are available to you on the board for downloading.

  101.    (G) Goodbye -  Logs you off the system.

  103.    (J) Join a Conference for message functions.

  105.    (L) Immediately list the logged file directory number.

  107.    (N) New file  Scan (by mmddyy date).  Allows you to search the file
  108.        directory listings for either new files added to the system since the
  109.        last time you called, or for files added from a date which you specify.

  111.    (Q) Quit to the main bbs prompt.

  113.    (S) Search the directory listings for a text string. The names and file
  114.        descriptions are searched.
  115.  
  116.    (T) Type/read a text file in a directory you have access to
  117.  
  118.    (U) Upload files between your system and the bbs.

  120.    (V) View/extract zipfile contents.  List contents of zipfile and
  121.        optionally view the text files without downloading.  It is
  122.        also possible to  "extract" parts of a zipfile into
  123.        a scratch file for downloading.

  128.    New file search commands
  129.    ------------------------

  131.   'N S A' - Will search all directories for new files since last new files
  132.             search date.
  133.  
  134.   'N S U' - Will search the upload directory for new files since last new
  135.             files search date.
  136.  
  137.   'N S 3-9' - Will search directories 3-9 for new files since last new
  138.               files search date.

  140.   'N mmddyy A' - Will search for new files from the mmddyy specified in all
  141.                  directories
  142.  
  143.   'N mmddyy 3-9' - Will search directories 3-9 for new files since the date
  144.                    specified in mmddyy.

  146.   'S FNET A' - Will search all directories for 'FNET' in filenames and
  147.                descriptions.
  148.  
  149.   'S FNET 3-9' - Will search directories 3-9 for 'FNET' in filenames and
  150.                    descriptions.

  152.   'S FNET 2 5 7 13' - Will search directories 2, 5, 7 and 13 for 'FNET' in
  153.                       filenames and descriptions.

  155.    Main Menu Commands
  156.    ------------------
  157.  
  158. (G) Goodbye! Logs you off the system.
  159.  
  160. (H) Displays this main menu Help file. Additional Help files are
  161.     available at the conference menu and file transfer menu.
  162.  
  163. (K) Hotkeys Toggle.Enable instant response on most commands.  Eliminates the
  164.     need to type RETURN to activate most commands. Command stacking is
  165.     disabled in hotkey mode.
  166.  
  167. (J) Join allows you to switch to a different conference. You may specify
  168.     either a conference number or a conference name.
  169.  
  170. (L) Toggle linefeed after a CR. This option is included for those using
  171.     computers which add a LF to a CR by default.
  172.  
  173. (N) This lists the status of the nodes.  It will inform you if another caller
  174.     is available for chat or not.  Note that the node chat will not be
  175.     internal until version 4.0 is completed.  Currently, a 'chat' door is
  176.     required for multi-node chat.
  177.  
  178. (O) Operator page. This selection allows you to try and page the sysop to come
  179.     chat with you.
  180.  
  181. (P) Page length. Sets the number of lines displayed before stopping with a
  182.     "More:" prompt.
  183.  
  184. (Q) Questionaires. Answer questionaires the sysop has available.
  185.  
  186. (S) Screen Color mode. Toggle between ansi color and no color.
  187.  
  188. (T) Today's Callers. List today's callers.
  189.  
  190. (TODAY) Display the 'today.txt' file.  Must be in non hotkey mode to use this
  191.         command.

  193. (U) User listing. Displays all user's names and city/state.
  194.  
  195. (V) View your user statistics/settings.

  197. (W) Welcome file. Read the welcome file again.
